There was flight delay on Saturday, Mumbai Udaipur Vistara flight .instead of 12 20 pm we took off around 4 30 pm due to operational reasons n few other reasons. Getting worried and irritated is understandable. But abusing the staff at the boarding gate n using foul language n threats , is uncalled for. Very very rude. These young people are doing their jobs.
