A Milwaukee man who has been on the run for two years is now charged with killing a 16-year-old in a triple shooting last week. Martell Haire, 37, is charged in connection with the Oct. 20 shooting that killed Marquis Champion, 16, and wounded two others near 79th and Hampton.
