DAY 18: In celebration of the Dancing with the Stars season finale, today I am teaching an exercise inspired by the JIVE! If this is too easy, feel free to speed it up and do it more than 30 times. If it's too difficult you can modify it for your level. I would suggest doing 3 sets of 30 and you can easily spread the sets out. The jive is such a fun dance that gives you an incredible workout.
