These dreamy, buttery Pumpkin Pie Shortbread Bars have all the flavor and texture we love about pumpkin pie but in a dessert we can easily hold in our hand. It’s made with an easy shortbread crust you can mix in a bowl and simply press into the baking pan - so much easier and faster than making pie crust and it’s sooo good. Recipe is on my Dee & Sweets blog for you under Pumpkin Pie Shortbread Bars.
