According to yoga cosmology, Shakti is the Mother Nature force that resides at the base of the spine. She is the energy behind all of nature and creativity. When Shakti is free, we can experience our innate sense of joy and freedom. This practice will integrate spontaneous movement, gentle hip opening, and visualization techniques to help liberate Shakti so she can reunite with shiva, all-knowledge, at the crown.
