TESERO, Italy (AP) — Norway swept the Nordic combined events at the Milan Cortina Winter Games with a victory in the team sprint through heavy snowfall Thursday in what could be the final time the sport is featured in the Olympics.

Nordic combined closed on a bittersweet note at the Winter Games, with these Olympics possibly the sport's last and women glaringly missing from competition.

All was going well at the men’s cross-country sprint at the 2026 Winter Olympics as Norway’s Johannes Høsflot Klaebo took gold, followed by USA’s Ben Ogden, who won silver, and Norway’s Oskar Opstad Vike took bronze.
