Juan Lopez pleaded guilty to manslaughter for a fatal car crash that killed Micah Elizabeth Dukes, with a sentencing agreement of 4-12 years in prison.

Martin, who was charged with her son in December 2024 with accepting more than $100,000, is expected to appear in court on Thursday morning for an arraignment on the new charges.
