Cincinnati Bengals receiver Tee Higgins said Friday afternoon that he expects to play in the NFL Week 3 game against the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football, according to The Enquirer's Kelsey Conway. Higgins missed the first two games of the season with a hamstring injury.
