I love Jon Stewart, but I think it’s time for him to leave The Daily Show
Even though I believe Jon Stewart is one of the best talk show hosts ever, I still think he needs to exit The Daily Show.
Jon Stewart, who brought a ratings boost to “The Daily Show” when he returned to host once a week in 2024, has agreed to a new deal to remain with the show through 2026. USA Today reports Stewart, 62, also will serve as an executive producer.
Stewart was asked whether journalists should ever return fire when Trump hurls insults during press interactions.
