Outlook let obvious spam through, but Copilot flagged it instantly — so why isn’t Microsoft combining them?

I'm guessing "junk email" would be the same as trash? A little bit of additional information: When deleting as spam, the items return in about 10 seconds later in the inbox but leaves a copy in spam ...
