Reese spent her first two years of college at Maryland where she averaged double figures in points each season. She then transfered to LSU where she won a national championship in her junior season and then lost to Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes in the Elite Eight in her senior season.

The UConn women finished the first half against Florida State on a 12-4 run, then came out in the third quarter and shot an incredible 80 percent to put the game away.

Before Angel Reese took her talents to the WNBA to play for the Chicago Sky, the 6-foot-3 forward was a dominant force in the NCAA with the LSU Lady Tigers. Reese transferred to Baton Rouge in 2022 after a two-year stint with Maryland.
