The Senate voted Thursday to approve a resolution that would block President Trump's tariffs on countries around the world, the third in a trio of rebukes of the president's trade policy this week.

Much like the resolution on Brazilian tariffs, the Canada legislation is being brought forward by Democratic Sens. Chuck Schumer, Tim Kaine, Mark Warner and Amy Klobuchar and Republican Rand Paul and would repeal the emergency declaration Trump is using to impose tariffs on Canada.
