Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan recently showered praise on his long-time friend and co-star, Rajinikanth, referring to him as the "supreme of all stars." The heartfelt compliment was part of a special message sent by Bachchan for the event celebrating their upcoming film Vettaiyan. This marks the actors’ reunion on the big screen after 33 years.

This is not the first time when Rajinikanth will be donning the police uniform. His last hit, Jailer, too saw the superstar in a cop’s avatar. While the prevue gave quite an introduction of Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth’s characters, it didn’t give away much about Rana Daggubati and Fahad Faasil’s roles.
