Netflix has announced the new movies and TV shows arriving in October 2024. Between new shows, popular returning series, original and licensed movies and more, there's a good mix of content coming to the popular streaming service this month that you won't want to miss.

There's a lot on Netflix's October release schedule, but it's easy to pinpoint the one that will have the biggest impact on my social media feeds: Super queer teen romance series Heartstopper, based on the graphic novel series, returns for its third season on Oct. 3.

October is now here, so anyone with a Netflix subscription (or thinking of re-subscribing) will probably want their monthly confirmation that it's the best streaming service for them.
