A new 296-unit luxury apartment complex is coming to Merritt Island, marking another significant step in the ongoing development boom.

Plans call for 296 apartments across a series four-story buildings, including amenities such as a pool, a 24-hour fitness center and outdoor summer kitchens with grills.

Work is underway on a new $410 million hospital. There is a $120 million luxury apartment project planned nearby. And not far away will be a concert amphitheater, plus new retailers and restaurants.
