Great museum!!! It is ENORMOUS, so you should be prepared to spend 4+ hours there. The best things were the whale skeletons and dinosaurs. Book in advance online for free so you can skip the queue. Full review by CCC1x

Have been to the Natural History Museum many time, there is so much to see and the best part is its free. After the lock downs you now need to book a time which is not fun. Full review by Violence J
Is it possible to rent a headphone guide in the German language?

Try to pre-book the audio guide, we could not get one when we visited the museum. Most of the audio guides are available in british museums in all european languages.

We always use Premier Inn .County Hall is right by the London eye however since covid it is a little worse for wear but we have found this to be endemic across the world at the moment
